Job Description

• Responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in the overall sales and operational success of the branch.
• Expert with presenting to members the benefits and features of our products and services and able to train staff on how to become skilled and successful within this area.
• Have a thorough understanding of all products and services offered, and able to educate and articulate as necessary.

Job Requirements

• Age below 45 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field will be an advantage.
• 5+ years experience working at a recognized Financial Institution in a senior role.
• Proven track record of sales & marketing in Banking, Investments, or Financial Services.
• Understanding of banking regulatory matters and procedures for proper operation.
• Ability to perform various banking procedures and operations.
• Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
• Excellent math and accounting skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in working with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, databases, and office software.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
• Client service orientation and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate with judgment, diplomacy, and tact with clients from various backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational, and time management skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with an ability to multi-task.
• Team player with proven leadership skills.
